Looking for old puzzle game

Ok, I've been scratching my head on this one for about 5 years, on and off, so whoever could possibly remember this or find it, super kudos!

Basically, the details are scarce

I remember you played as some sort of a robotic or cart like object, and you had a hook that could grapple to the ceiling to pull you out of the way of monsters. Also, you could collect diamonds and keys (may have been gems or something

) and there were gates that opened from the keys. I believe I played it around the time I had windows 98, but it may have been windows 3.1, even.

Also, one last tiny piece of information. I remember I couldn't beat the last level in the game, named desperado. That's about all I remember, but if I saw a screenshot I could instantly verify it.

This sounds familiar. Can't remember whether the name is Phylox because it was ages since I last played.

However, cannot find and check whether it is the game unless you can find an original reliable source because according to this, someone hacked the game and put a virus it in.
