I was wondering if someone could tell me the name of an old DOS game I used to play. I'll try to give you as much detail as I can remember

It was a turn based strategy game based in the middle ages. Each player got a certain time limit per turn to gather resources, put your villagers to work, research new technologies. There was also different seasons because I remember all my villagers getting sick in the spring time and then dying off. Different things you could research would be medicines and war technologies. The more advanced war techs was a hot air balloon that you could fly over to another players village and drop bombs on them. I remember that you could build oil drills but you had to put them on higher parts of the board to get more.

I hope this is enought information. Can anyone please help me?
