HELP PLEASE

i'm stuck. how do you get rid of the dog i have the mask, steak, oil can, rubber bung, key, candle, penknife & dog whistle, but i don't know how to get past the dog. please help me!

The neighbourhood is really going down the drain.
Wistle and give him the steak.
Or else just take your razorjack and frag him.
That's how I usely do to kill the creeps in Unreal.
That's if you talk 'bout Unreal of course.
