Death Rally [HOWTO]

First of all, set up dosbox for your system:
Read and apply first:
If on XP: http://www.dosgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5443

DEMO
You can get the demo from http://www.dosgames.com/gameindex.php
unzip your archive to \oldgames\temp\
(you must have 3 files there after unzip)

run dosbox
input:

cd temp
install

accept c:\rally as directory.
Takes a bit of time to decompress the archive.
Done?
soundsetup
choose for soundcard:
soundblaster MONO/PRO/16/AWE32
adress:220 / IRQ7 / DMA1
save.
run game with rally from c:\rally\

Next time you wanna play:
run dosbox, input:

cd rally
rally


Full game

x:\ is your real cd drive under windows.

run dosbox
input:
mount d x:\ -t cdrom
d:
install

accept c:\rally\ as directory.
Takes a bit of time to install.
Done?
soundsetup
choose for soundcard:
soundblaster MONO/PRO/16/AWE32
adress:220 / IRQ7 / DMA1
save.
run game with rally from c:\rally\

Next time you wanna play:
run dosbox, input:

mount d x:\ -t cdrom
c:
cd rally
rally


If you want to create the full ISO instead of using the CD (works better in dosbox), save it as drally.iso and use this mount line:
imgmount d x:\path\drally.iso -iso

Death rally is ported to Windows and released as freeware.

Any PC that can run Windows XP SP3, Vista or Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit). Please read the readme in the installation package for more information.
