Where can I buy Crystal Caves Episodes 2 and 3?

Well, since Mobygames never heard of them, and since the only thing on 3d realms stating them is a small thread about how hard they are, my guess is that you'll have a hard time finding them!

I think all 3 episodes were in the same game. The shareware version just limited it to the first episode. Really, they're looking for a place to by Crystal Caves.
