I’m back! Again!
Though my absence was entirely not my fault this time, I had every intention of hanging around here more, I had the time to and everything, but, for some reason FireFox and DGF weren’t getting along. I couldn’t sign in for some reason, seems to have fixed itself now, hence why I’m back.
Though I actually may be going again soon, but you can blame that on the bushfires.

Pinkrazr? WTF?
Also, is anyone else having issues with Firefox and the forums? They seem to be at odds again so right now I'm using Opera to view the site.

Yeah same here... tough I'll get Firefox 2 when I'll get a free minute and I don't know how it'll work

I don't much like Firefox 2.0, but that's because my Firefox 1.5 looks so damn sexy with all it's extensions.
Everything that 2.0 can do (And I would actually use) my current version already does.
Oh well, Opera is pretty low on memory usage so I guess I’ll just run both whenever I want to log on here.

I never heard of Opera .. Darrell bought a lot of extra memory last year because he does a lot of videos and stuff and so do I...

Yeah, I don't see much of a difference between Firefox 1.5 and 2.0 on XP, but there is a massive performance difference on the OS X builds. (i.e 2.0 runs a whole lot better.)
I'm actually considering switching from Safari to Firefox. Mostly because if I go to record IP of guests, I get a 2.6 MB page that Safari can't handle well.

Ye' know... I just installed the final updates for my extensions... Yeeey now they all work with Firefox 2.0
What extensions do you have TSM? Cuz I can't get enough of:
FasterFox, Down-them-all, FoxyTunes, The Online Games Toolbar(very helpful might I say), Torrent search, that thingy where you hold right-click and draw figures, thus controlling Firefox(e.g. moving up means open new tab),TabMix Plus (the now-integrated session/tab manager sucks eggs for a living BTW), DOM Inspector and of course TalkBack!
Oh yeah... I'm an extension whore... gonna install more today

Julie, Opera is another free web browser which is in competition with IE and Netscape based browsers. However, due to the amount of users who view webpages with this application, there is very little support for it.

Name: AJ
Age: 13
Location: PA, USA
Favorite game: ZZT (an old, old GCS)
I've been into DOS games ever since I was given a 286 about two years ago. I found numerous games that I've gotten to like back then from this site, and never realized that there was a forum! I'm into making games with ZZT, even though I only joined the ZZT community after joining / leaving the MegaZeux community.
Also, is there an IRC channel for the DOS Games site?

I guess the biggest reason that I'm re-introducing myself is because I like to keep updates on myself. Er... I change a lot.
My last intro was close to a year ago, and I feel (once again) that I have drastically changed. (Plus, I've been pretty scarce around here...)
SOO...
My name is still Sasha, I still live in Canada.
I spend most of my time having a hectic life. School, outings, homework, a part-time job, extra-curricular activities....It's crazy.
I spend my little free time reading, chatting on the internet, taking artistic photos, hanging out with my friends, watching movies, listening to music, and sleeping....In the summer time I like to go biking, rollerblading, skateboarding, and going for long walks.
I have a dog and two cats, and they're sweet.
I no longer take violin lessons, but finished off 10 whole years of them. I haven't played my lovely instrument in a long while now, but I really do want to pick it up again. I just haven't had the time, not have I felt ready to step back into that part of my life. I did, however, try my hand at some guitar. I am also part of three choirs at my school.
I'm currently in grade 12 (WOO HOO), and will be receiving a performing and visual arts certificate, and a French diploma along with my academic diploma.
I'm currently part of my school's Major Production of the musical "High School Musical" <GAG>.
I play the part of Kelsi Neilson, the writer of the musical.
It's awful, but I decided to stick to it because it's my final year doing productions at school.
That gives me three musicals under my belt; Fiddler on the Roof (I played the fiddler and chorus--double cast), Once Upon the Mattress (I played Lady Rowena) and now this show.
I've gone through a lot of crap in a very short period of time, and it's really changing me as a person.
I'm tired.
I've been sick since December, but I cannot afford to take days off.
I can't miss any school, I can't miss work (my hours are pathetic due to booking time off for rehearsals) so I must keep going.
Annnnyyywayyss...
Yes.
I'm tired. In body, in mind.
So I'm really just looking forward to finishing off school and spending a summer alone and just doing nothing.
Oh. Look at the time. I've gotta run and get ready for rehearsal.
WELL, have a gooder.
Cheers mates,
CM
