Yeah. Agreed. Galaxy Quest is pretty funny.

I didn't enter this conversation earlier as i used to work in a video shop and got free dvd's. But then i quit, so i haven't watched any in a looooong time. I refuse to pay $7 for scratched discs.

HOWEVER. I just watched "Death Becomes Her" for a drama assign.

Great fun.

"Got" as in received, or "got" as in took? :P

Anyway, since I can't find Tron anywhere, I think I'll settle with Transformers... but boy do I have a bad feeling about this! :S

"Got" as in "pretty cool perk of the job"...Although i had to deal with some pretty angry customers at times. I think it was the free stuff that kept me there so long.

Transformers... eww.

I dunno, Transformers wasn't THAT bad...

But they could have given up the "ZOMG-I-DON-'-T-KNOW-WHERE-THE-ACTION-IZ" style of shooting! :P

Transformers did everything it was supposed to do. Have a lousy storyline and great action/special effects.

The last movie I saw was 50 First Dates. A romantic comedy with a heart-warming ending.

Finished watching Battlestar Galactica, the trailer episode. (Yes that's also a movie).

Nice, better than the original one.

4 DVDs left to watch (season 1).

I just saw The Hills Have Eyes 2 - it was a pretty good horror movie but I was expecting for more, the first part was better

Certainly sounds interesting... I think.

Last movie I saw actually at the theatres was Pirates 3... Was kinda meh, but I wasn’t really expecting much more.

National Treasure is on TV, sorta watching that. But since I haven’t actually seen it yet, I guess the last movie I saw would be Fight Club when it was on TV on Saturday night.

re Transformers: I was surprised that I enjoyed it. I wasn't a huge fan as a kid (I had a few toys and watched the show sometimes) but still thought the movie was fun to watch. It was the perfect kinda movie to see on the big screen. It may have had a flimsy storyline but it was never boring (at least to me).

Plus ... Megan Fox = sooooo hot in that movie :D (she looked much better than in other photos I've seen etc)

Oh yeah! :D

X-Men 3... why, oh why do I always choose crappy movies? What's wrong with me?

Harry Potter 5.

Now, I knew it was going to be worse. I knew it was going to be awful. But that... that... thing! Ugh, I couldn't even go trough half of it! Too much discontinuity, not enough action, way too little Umbridge-torturing-students, and more importantly, not enough Voldemort!

Damn, at this rate the 7th movie will probably be like this:

Only with moving frames! :blah:

Larry: What the heck did you want? It's *Harry Potter*. The title says it all right there. Utter crap.
