Means you screwed up your mounting.
Could help if you give your 'imgmount' command ......

But now I can't do the mounting.

Drive C is already mounted as local directory C:\Users\(my username)\oldgames
Inside the oldgames folder I can see there's now a DOSGAMES folder created, with Z in it.

So I do mount d f:\ -t cdrom

gives
MSCDEX installed.
Drive D is mounted as CDRom f:\

c:
cd z

gives
Unable to change to: z.
Means again: you screwed up somewhere.
No idea where.
Whilst on your c:\ prompt in dosbox do a dir/w and post a screenshot.

FACT: if you follow the advise posted by me on previous pages it works flawless.

Advise: delete that 'z' folder and start over from scratch.

The one in DOSGAMES? And then install again?

imgmount command (if I understand you correctly):
imgmount d ''c:\Z.ISO'' -t iso
gives ''Drive already mounted at that letter''

Virtual C:\ mount is OK.

But: look at your screenie, you say you see a 'Z' folder, I only can see an C:\dosgames\ , no Z folder there ...?

See above, and delete that 'dosgames' folder too, you will need to install the game in dosbox from d: on c: so that you get a Z folder on that C:\
I have no idea what that 'dosgames' is doing there, must be something you created?
If you accept this:

Uploaded with ImageShack.us
you'll get the correct c:\z\ in dosbox.

You can mount a specific drive only once, get rid of that "mount d f:\ -t cdrom"
that I see in your screenie and then mount the ISO, btw the 'imgmount' is ok, but I would put that iso in
c:\users\konstantinos\isos\
you imgmount line then becomes:
imgmount d "c:\users\konstantinos\isos\z.iso" -t iso
Reason: Vista doesn't like (and for good reasons) read/writes on the C root.
Use your 'user' folders, at least you're sure you have all the needed read/write permissions there.

If Z is the only dos game you play (for now) you can add that
imgmount d "c:\users\konstantinos\isos\z.iso" -t iso
as last line in dosbox conf under header [autoexec]
Should you ever need to mount another CD you simply can put # + 1 space before the line, then dosbox will ignore that line.

I saw the 'Z' folder in windows, not DOS, and I saw it in
c:\users\konstantinos\oldgames\dosgames

I created a dosgames folder in C as well cause you mentioned it earlier in the thread.

So now I just deleted Z and the 'C:\dosgames' folder (you said earlier in the thread that you delete stuff by just deleting the folders in windows, right?) and I'm installing it again.

imgmount worked, doing the installation through it now

*sigh*
I didn't told YOU that, is it?
That post is more then a year old, and the post was meant for rob12321 who was on XP then.

Nothing, but really NOTHING to see with you.

Don't mix several things, don't, really.

You're right, sorry, it's not easy when I've got no idea whatsoever...

Just installed it according to your instructions and it works!!!!!
The problem was probably that first time i had installed it I tried to create a different path than what is in the screenshot you pasted above.

Just played four levels.

Imgmount command worked as well.

You're awsome mate!!!!
