I have the same problem on XP with both Solar Winds 1 and 2. I figured maybe through VMWare in Windows, or using Microsoft Virtual Machine, but I'm just too lazy to check it out. Let me know if anyone's tried this - I'd be interested in saving some time if it's all for naught

My dosbox, that I just downloaded and figured how to mount with, runs it, which is an improvement. However, it lags. Badly enough I'd say it's not playable. Turn, and it will, a second later.
I'm going to keep mixing chemicals at random, but I just hoped someone might know what to do. First test, download a fresh version of solar winds.

Er no, no luck there.
Maybe I need more memory for this oldie dos stuff... nah.
Maybe it's my laptop. Somehow. Ugh.

Ah, turns out I didn't turn up the cycles on Dosbox. No one could say that?
