Digger by windmill software in 1983 was one of the greatest :D www.digger.org LETS SEE ANYONE REMAMBER THAT ONE!!

Does anyone remember Rampage? I think they've come out with a newer version but I'm speaking about the old one that -yes, ran off of a floppy.

Prince of Persia 1. It came out around 1989/1990. I'm suprised nobody has mentioned it. I have copies of both the original and 4D on floppy.
