Aw, I didn't know you really liked me, Santosh!

Got into Electric Engineering. Should come with a decent career out of it(and the competition was abysmal compared to Electronic Engineering.).
And technically it was The unofficial official SPAM thread.
edit: Also, fun fact: As I found out when I enrolled today, the picture(nabbed from the college's website) is at least 5 years old. Now the college has a modern, sleek look(by which I mean electric doors and such).
Fun!

Well my hearty congrats to you cousin. And remember every College's golden rule... study hard... party harder!!
These are your LAST years to do whatever you want before getting tied down to a job and marriage... and eventually become like another old man around here who wants me banned

You will probably get lesser headaches with electric in stead of electronic engineering.
Not that I want to say it's easier, certainly not. It's just .... euuuurhhh... different.
And to find work later shouldn't be a problem.
Just be sure to get those papers, without them 'papers' in a modern world it's hard.

You're worth your own topic, as it's about your future, and I refuse to regard this as 'spam'.

I have about half a degree in credits from Purdue University atm. Through their campus at IUPUI of course.
Larry: they're one of the top rated engineering schools in the world. (their Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering program is #13 in the entire world, and many of their programs are in the top 10... probably including their electrical)
