The best? Probably not.

It's not the best because of the simple fact, there is no "best game ever". There's an elite club of them and Civilization is among them. I would say it's my top 5 games, I loved 1 & 3. 1 had that charm, 3 had borders/culture, something civilization 2 needed. Nice review, btw
