I need help finding a game [= Chip's Challenge]

I use to play this game on the computer but IDK the name and its driving me insane!!! You're looking down on a level, not a side view. You are a boy and you have to find the end of the level. You can only walk on the gey tiles, but you can use fins to get across the blue tiles, water, and special boots are needed for other types of blocks. I think you can warp to different place on that level, and you have to find keys. I played it a loooonnnggg time ago so its a little fuzzy. I played it 8-10 years ago. Anyone have an idea????
