looking for an old horror game [= The devil inside]

its not dos. came out around 96 - 98. cant remeber its name, its based on a game show where they send you into a haunted house armed with a laser sight pistle, to see how long you last. you can always hear the audience in the background everytime a new monster appears. whats its name! i must know. its a 3-d third person game
