Looking for an adventure

Here's another game I'm looking for:

It was an adventure where you can walk between some islands in an odd 3d mode. If you reach a city or some other special place the game turns into a classical point and click 2d adventure.

Any idea?

No, it isn't. If I remember correctly the game that I'm looking for was more like a phantasy advenutre...
