Win: Half-Life 2 (finished it last night; now I need to buy HL2 Episode 1 & 2!)
DS: Space Invaders Extreme (it's surprisingly good in short bursts)

I've been on Episode 2 for a while now, and I've got to say, it's fairly difficult, but never frustrating. Actually, the level design is so good and unique (especially considering it's a 1995 game! Yet it's got fully 3D, non-orthogonal mazes while other 3D shooters were still straight up room by room, 90 degree angle deals) I'd say it might be one of my favourite dos-FPSes.
It's also pretty unique with the way the flying controls work - 3D circle strafing, for example. Not exactly what you expect from a flight sim, but it works.
