FWIW, I don't hate geese.
But I really don't EVER see them where I'm at.
You see them in more watery areas.... And around here it's mostly.........Grass.

I came back more tan than I've ever been before.

I think it's because the sun isn't so strong there, though. Instead of burn and peel, I actually just darkened nicely.
