If I should ever meet Eryn (keep in mind we live just about as far apart from eachother as humanly possible), I seriously doubt it'd be at a formel dance.dosraider wrote:I think that you would liked them with GAMER on your side....Dogbreath wrote:Ah, yes, formal dances. God how I hate them.
It's not that I dislike dancing - I actually really enjoy it, and dance at weddings, and dance halls when I have the time (usually in the summer)... hell, I took a year of swing and ballroom dance in high school. What I can't stand are formal dances, where you dress up in an expensive rented suit, and buy a really damn expensive bouquet for a girl who doesn't really like you, but, because of your and hers teenage insecurities, you pay ridiculous amounts for some lousy tickets and bad tasting food and hang around other over-dressed, ridiculous looking teenagers for God knows how long in a gaudily decorated High School gym. You stand around and shuffle back and forth for a while on the gym floor because nobody else seems to know how to dance, and go to party afterward. Later in the evening, as the alcohol kills the taste of lipstick in your mouth, you drunkenly try to persuade yourself that you had a great time... but even wasted, your brain isn't that dumb.
Fuck formals.
It depends... "on her side" gives me a series of incredibly bizarre images, so I'll leave that one alone...If GAMER would be as happy with you on her side is another question.
