Gorgoroth - Proclaiming Mercy - Damaging Instinct Of Man

I'm kinda disappointed with this album. I mean, the riffs and chord progression are cool, but nothing special, and they more or less ditched the low production quality which makes Black Metal so great.

For all you foreigners...

On Australian Idol the other night artists were asked to perform acoustic versions of songs. One dude turned Kiss' "I was made for loving you" into a ballad. It was great. I'm listening / watching it now...

You have to understand - I'm a KISS fan - raping a lovely
"I was made for loving you"
into a fuc*ing ballad is close to sacrilage for me.

The guy has a pretty good voice, and a good 'acte de présence' on the stage.
But wrong song and completely wrong interpretation.

He makes my ears bleed, I don't like peeps that do such things with my ears.

Let me get an example that you would understand:
Try to imagine the 'AVE MARIA' in an extremely violent, sexual tainted hardcore metal version ......... the Pope wouldn't appreciate that.
