Game involving racing and the colour pink.

Ok as far as i can recal this game (the first game i ever played) involved racing in different countries around the world on huge pink expances with tracks that you race around. I remember also that there where sevral tunnels in different levels and that these where the only bits of scenary around there was also a revision mirror that was way to big and a glitch where you could reverse over the star line and then move forward to win. i hope someone can understand these ramblings enoth to give me a point in the right dirction. any names or company ideas would be great.
