With the help from of one of you guys (thanks!) I re-discovered the game Hugo's house of horror..Does anyone know more games like this? (= games where you have to type and figure out a commando to proceed)

It's me again . Glad I helped you out. As for more games, you are in luck. There are plenty more of them. Just do a search for the following on Dos Games and other sites them. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

That's more the Point 'n Click adventures though. He wants those command based graphical adventures. Indeed like Leisure Suit Larry 1, 2 and 3, and most King's Quest games.

Personally i do recommend playing Point 'n klcik adventures (for example the ones Larry suggested) because the gameplay has strongly improved due to the mouse use.
