X Wing cd version, cant find cd when trying to run

Post by redwing634 »

When I install X Wing and try to run it, in dosbox on windows xp, it says it is unnable to find a cd present. Everything is mounted correctly. Apparently this is a common problem for this game. Anyone know a solution?

Try ScummVM since it’s an old LA game that’s what you should be using to run it, not DOSBox.

Keep in mind I wrote that in the dosbox 0.65 times. Probably on dosbox 0.70 it will run smoothly with music/FX enabled.

***mental post-it**
Must install it again one day, good game.
