There's very little I remember about this game aside from that fact that it was a lot of fun and that its been over 10 years since I've played it...
It was pretty old, probably Windows 3.1 or DOS, and reminds me , in terms of gameplay, of something like Baldur's Gate. You controlled a group of creatures or people? (god this is terrible lol), I remember either controlling or fighting a ghost ...
But yeah the only thing I can think of that might help is that it was like Baldur's gate in terms of gameplay.. venturing across the countryside fighting creatures/people. This has bugged me for years and I hope that if someone mentions the name It'll stick out and I'll remember it..
not positive but I think it might have been a "turn-based" game

No dont think that was it.. sorry that I can't give a more accurate description, its been so long.
most of the fighting was done out on the open land, not so much in confined spaces.
and the two creatures i remember most from it were ghosts.. and wolves i think..
some of your people could cast spells too i think
and graphics were similar, maybe SLIGHTLY better than the old lord of the rings game(s)
