Naw, what we'd REALLY do is code in a script that'd constantly increase the amount of posts needed to achieve it every time Julie got within 1 post of it. That way, we wouldn't even have to bother checking on her post count - the forum would do our fell deeds for us.

And don't we already have a thread about member rankings?
