I had to buy mine from Virgin Mobile (my cell provider), I think it was like $2.50 ... but depending on what phone you have, you might be able to pick up a usb cable for a few bucks and use it to copy MIDI files onto your phone (beeper-type ringtones are just MIDIs) ... if there's a chinese mall near you, check there, or Radio Shack or whatever, or eBay. Make sure to check online first to make sure you can use it copy ringtones/pics/etc onto your phone cuz some phones/providers (like mine!) work hard to prevent you from doing that ...
