Bio Menace, Xargon and Sango Fighter

I have been searching for the full version of these games for years. I would be VERY willing to pay anyone VERY handsomely of they can help me locate the full version of these games. If you have the original box and manual with the game, that's even better but I'll take anything.

The games are:

Bio Menace
Xargon
Sango Fighter
Zone 66
