Fate of atlantis with speech??

Hi, I have Fate of atlantis with full speech, but everytime indy says something, the game freezes in the start.

It is also the problem with my day of the tentacle..

I know ScummVM can solve the problem, but im running authentic hardware, and there gotta be a solution to this problem..
