Seeking an old platform game

Post by Brigand »

Hello,

The information I've got on the game I'm seeking is dreadfully sparse. It's a DOS shareware platform game that involved you playing some sort of 'robot' or 'cyborg'. I'm, somewhat fairly certain that the title of this game contains either of these words in them. (I think it's more cyborg, than robot).

I do know for certain, that it wasn't a 'scrolling' platform game. Rather, you made you way through individual rooms, whilst shooting at varied and numurous baddies, that populate them. I'm not sure about the existence of keycards or switches to open doors, although, it is a possibilty.

I procured the game off a 3.5 floppy disk from a PC magazine many years ago(don't know which).

That's it, I'm afraid. Hope you can help.

Two games come to mind ...

The first is Electro Man (which also went by other names such as Electro Body):

The second is Robomaze II:

Hope one of these is the game you're lookin for
