tank wars money version

i'm looking for a version of tanks wars that i played maybe 12 years ago, its the simple side veiw with angle, power options, but if you won a game you'd get cash that would let buy better weapons, ect...i know there was an odd version of tanks wars put out recently that looked very anime, but that was not it. i've done a few searches, but tank wars seems to have quite a few versions out, so i figured i would ask and see if anyone knew what i was looking for
