Finally found the game, "Dschump"

I found the old game I had been searching for, it's called "Dschump". Turns out it's from South Africa, not Germany (my apologies to people who tried to find it) and it's rather obscure. You can find it at:

I remembered it was in those boxed shareware sets that came out years ago. I looked on Ebay to see if anyone was selling those, and sure enough, someone was, and listed all the games the set contained, and I saw the name.
