Another Tank Question

Ok back in the day i used to play a tank game where you controled a neon collored tank. It was as close to "3D" as computers could get in the 90's. I know forsure that it wasn't scorched earth, but the tanks were neon geometric/polygrams. The background was black and the goal was to destroy all of the other computer tanks.

Does anyone know where i could find this game? Or atleast the name of the game?

I used to play it all the time and I was actually just playing it the other night ago in dosbox. It's called Tank Wars 2.0. I used to play it ALL THE TIME when I was younger.
