Looking for a Tank Game

I know this forum is for DOS games but i'm looking for a Windows 3.1 game. I thought it was called Tank Wars but i guess not. It was shareware and it was an over head tank game. You controlled the tank and played against another person on the same computer with W,A,S,D to control the other tank. Also you could shoot regular fire and missiles and the missiles had different types including one that you could make the missiles turn corners by changing the direction your tank was facing. Me and my brother used to play this game a lot until the 15 minute time limit and then a helicopter would come and attack both tanks. The graphics are very similar to that of Tank Warz online but it was just on one computer. Any ideas?? Thanks.
