dos game where you throw banana-looking objects at eachother

Post by Guest »

ok the game is really old pre windows 3.1 i played it on my ps1

in the game theres 2 gorilla-looking figures standing on opposite sides of the screen, there standing on buildings and some are taller than others.
to throw the banana you type in the hight and distance in to a little box and it goes the object of the game is to hit the other player.

if anyone knows even the name but if u know where to get it that would be extra great

thanks
Cornelius

You could mean Gorillas (http://www.o-bizz.de/qbdown/qbmisoft/gorilla.zip), a QBasic-Game. QBasic on every DOS/Win95/98 Disk or here.
But there are many clones of this program (this program is a clone itself).

Gorillas indeed... along with it's companion Nibbles. Shesh, I've had that game longer than I can remember...

Honestly, I don't even know why I bother with the site FAQ:

Emmzee: If most people actually had enough concentration to actually take the time to read the FAQ, you wouldn't need one in the first place, now would you? ;)

Scorched earth...?

(Not the game its self (1995 release date) but the games it cloned... they've been around forever in one form or another)

Now now, TD, we don't call it a "mind problem," we call it a "learning disability." [/PC Police]

Goat: It's not anger... just extreme frustration over having to explain every post to you when you could just have read it the first time through.

What do you mean "not having to explain any post to me"? You have to explain a lot....
