"Read the Friggin' Rules." In this case, you don't even have to do that. Just read the first post in this topic.
For example:
Meaning, any site you want to bring attention to that isn't really related to dosgames, DGF, or any relevant topics. Basically, it's to keep the 30,000,000 "chek out my site!!!" posts from popping up.wardrich wrote:Everybody: Spam your sites and your friends sites and your friends friends sites here...
As for the rules, this topic is actually mentioned in them:
Actually, I just noticed the rules have had nearly 2,500 views... which is a bit embarressing. They were only really made to be an archive for members to look up instead of constantly arguing with the mods... maybe I should edit it to make it a bit more user friendly. If you feel that your product (or service, or website, etc) absolutely MUST be advertised to members here either post a website related to it in The Spam Thread in Off-Topic or elsewhere depending on which forum it is relative in and allow our moderators to deal with it.
Well I hope no one minds me posting the link to my Sports Message Board Nice friendly site for people who like sports or just some who need something to occupy them.
