Meaning, any site you want to bring attention to that isn't really related to dosgames, DGF, or any relevant topics. Basically, it's to keep the 30,000,000 "chek out my site!!!" posts from popping up.

If you feel that your product (or service, or website, etc) absolutely MUST be advertised to members here either post a website related to it in The Spam Thread in Off-Topic or elsewhere depending on which forum it is relative in and allow our moderators to deal with it.
Actually, I just noticed the rules have had nearly 2,500 views... which is a bit embarressing. They were only really made to be an archive for members to look up instead of constantly arguing with the mods... maybe I should edit it to make it a bit more user friendly.
