Does anyone know this game?

Hi,

I have been looking for this game for a while now but not been able to find it, I hope someone knows it by this description.

You land on a planet (top-down view) with a mothership to harvest/collect gems/crystals/diamonds that are laying around while being attacked by the inhabitants of the planet. The mothership has a hangar with 2 fighters that can be launched (one at a time) at which time the screen splits in half so that two players can play at the same time, one controlling the mothership and the other the fighter.
The mothership looks like a square with a gun in each corner a small cockpit at the front and the hangar exit/entry at the rear.
The fighter is about 1/6 size of the mothership with a big gun on each side and looks like a ...figther.
No wings on mothership or fighter.

Once you filled the cargo space of the mothership with gems you will get to the next level with more and bigger enemies. All is done on time.
There may be a possibility to buy new fighters if you lost them...not sure though.

Possible names of game:
Hellraider
Hellrider
...

I don't know when I played this game but it was played on a 286 IBM running DOS. I was very young when I played this game so some details may be incorrect.

TIA

I would say it is an overhead sci-fi shooter.
