I'm a guest here. I would like to ask if Maniac Mansion is still alive and kicking. Way back in about 1985 or 86 I loved to play that. Does anyone know where I can d/l it?
Also.. I remember playing a game in the early 1990's on a friend's Mac, (at least I think it was a Mac) it was an adventure game where you arrived at this mansion, you had to find a way to enter (by doing spmething to dragon eyes on the gates) and then you were asked your two fav colors and your title (Lady, Sir what have you...) and once in, you could do anything. You could kiss the butler, or shower with your best dress on.. it was so much fun!!!

There is a remake of it called Maniac Mansion Deluxe. It is said to be almost as good as the original.
There is a download at the underdogs. However, I think that you are better off downloading the game from elsewhere as there are many site offerring the remake. Simply type "Maniac Mansion Deluxe" in Googles and you choose one site. However, if you are very particular about remakes and insists on the original, you would have to buy it instead.
