Getting games to run....faster.

Post by Hiroshi »

So yeah I got the full versions of all the keen games and I just ordered and dled the full version of hocus pocus. The thing is they run kinda slow. I'm running them through vdmsound on windows xp. Is there a way to make the games run a smoother and at the normal pace?

I've heard of a program called Speedset that can slow down and speed up games.

Couldn't you use moslo to make games go faster; if you gave a percentage above the 100, to speed it up? Just a guess. :(

Alright, apparently the problem has to do with the music option being turned on under the sound blaster option with vdms...so instead I set it to wave blaster and it works just fine now. Thx for the contributions.
