8060 MADNESS

Does anybody know how to change my windows 95 out of 8060 mode? I can give you the system specs if you need them.

I am trying to run Ultima VII. I got it from a disk called Fantasy Pack with a bunch of DOS games. I installed Ultima to the hard drive, but every time I tried running the install, It would say that I was in 8060 mode. I downloaded the "Exult" taht somebody else was having problems with on my dell, put it on a floppy disk, and transferred it to the computer with Ultima on it. I ran the Install with Exult, and it didn't say that I had it in 8060 mode but that I needed to have installed it from a an already installed hard drive or from a floppy disk. I can still run it, but it freezes after the intro part with the giant red man with yellow eyes.
Does anybody know what the hell is going on?
