Rise of the Triad - Gamepad Support

Hi,
Is there anyone out there who knows if there is any support for a USB Gamepad. I've just got the full version (V.1.3) of the Rise of the Trid - The Hunt Begins - Deluxe Edition. Everything runs great in the game after it is installed, however I can't seem to get working with a Microsoft Sidewinder USB gamepad. My computer is P-III (750 Mhz) with 256 MB of RAM, Windows 98 - SE. A lot of other DOS games such as Wolfenstein 3D, Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior run great under the USB gamepad. Is there a patch or a website which can offer me some tech support for USB gamepads to work under Rise of the Triad.

Maybe that ROTT Windows port supports it.
