Looking for a couple of games

I'm looking for a couple of old dos games:

-Futurictic shooting/driving game, with power ups and end bosses (large vehicles). The powerups where for energy regeneration and better weapons. View was from top. (S)VGA I think.

-Strategy game where you could conquer the enemy bases with tanks, and other vehicles (and infantry). Those bases produced new vehicles. Somewhat like the recent UT2K4 Onslaughtm but you controlled the whole team. (S)VGA, top view.
