Rodents. It's part of the WEP (Windows Entertainment Pack) along with Jezzball and several other popular games. Good luck finding that!

The BOWEP pack is easy to find, even on non-warez/non-abware sites. Looks like Microsoft doesn't care about it.
Even GameHippo has hosted a few of the BOWEP games I think.
