Fracus(Risk like Game)

Im looking for a game called Fracus and where it can be downloaded.This is a 2D world game. The game is set in a risk looking world the is player built depending on how many computer enemys you want to fight, how many people you want per turn and how the land is arranged. The game is on islands or a large land mass depending on how the game is set but always has water surronding or bordering the game. Players can take over enemy countrys by attacking with a higher population or offence then the enemys defence population. The winner is the last player alive. The opening title screen shows a consturted map with fireworks going off in random areas. This is a 2D world game. Thank You!
