The blocks travelled from left to right and, if you lined up a certain number of specially marked blocks, you got more points.
Sometimes, if a number of certain blocks got together, they created this worm that ate everything, unless you could block it in...somehow.
I mean, this was a long time ago and I can't remember all the gory details.
