Action soccer does not run with dosbox

Action soccer does not run with dosbox

Hi
I want to play Action Soccer 1996 Ubisoft. Under Xp it gives me a "Ems is not installed" but with Dosbox i can start it. But when a match begins the game displays just rubbish...
Can help me someone?????
