Okay, I irreversibly quit those Gamehippo messageboards. I think I'll give these boards a few weeks trial before I decide if I'm going to lock myself out of this account too.

Senior in highschool, thinking about majoring in English and possibly Computer Science in college. Uh... that's it for now.

Welcome aboard Iuppiter. I dunno if it's just me or not, but I've found there are quite a few n00b guests posting irrevelant BS on the boards. If you can ignore them, you'll probably find these boards your best resource for finding old games and info on them. Hopefully you'll find our community members fairly friendly. I consider myself fair. I'll PM novice members suggestions if they make mistakes... everybody's new at some point, and nobody reads FAQ's... honestly. So welcome, and enjoy your stay!

that would be 58 inches, or 4' 10"... which is a bit odd, aren't dutch people supposively the tallest people in the world?

2. S. Africa was first peopled by dutch settlers from Holland, also known as Boers. In 1806 the British empire stole S. Africa from the Boers, but they still comprise a large majority of the whites in your population. (Which itself is around 14%)

3. South African is your nationality, but I assumed you were Dutch or English by race... either that or you're the first blonde haired, blue eyed black person I've ever met.

People of Dutch origin are generally extremely tall, last I checked they were the tallest ethnicity in the world. I wasn't intending to insult your nationality.

4. Of course, I was just curious... and I'm 74"/188 CM.

Afrikaans is a rich language with a whole lot of funny words in it.

"Only" would be an indication that a given measurement is subpar in comparison to the norm, rather then superior. (Superior in the sense of largeness, not morally)
