I am looking for a pre-1995 game that I used to have a demo of on floppy diskette. I think it was by OCEAN and I can't remember the title.
You could choose SWAT team members based on their skills. Also you could equip them with weapons... rifles for long range and machine guns for short range.
In the gameplay you were alotted a fixed number of steps for each turn and then the computer would play it's turn. (I remember a rotating wheel that kept track of how many steps you had used). In the demo there was an isometric view of a hotel with terrorists scattered around in various rooms. The view of the (orange?) rooms/terrorists was only visible once you had explored it.
The graphics were quite simple, not like a 3D type of today, but I think the gameplay was excellent.
