white blobs - yikes!

Post by KelMo »

I am trying to run the game "Clyde's Adventure" on my Dell Latitude. This was one of my favorite games as a kid that I never got around to finishing. About a year or so ago, I downloaded onto Windows 98. I got it to open up, but it was running superfast. Since then, I've upgraded to XP. Now whenever I open the .exe file, the screen gets black and little white blobs start growing until they take over, making the screen entirely white. The game never runs.

I've tried messing with the settings (including compatability mode, memory, color, etc) but to no avail.

Can anyone help me out here? I fear my life will never be complete without beating Clyde's Adventure!

Thanks,

Kelly
(ps -- if possible, please email a response to [email protected] thanks!)
