I'm trying to find this game, no idea if it's a dos game or what it is. I remember my brother having it on his first pc circa 1990ish.
It's what i would describe as a puzzle or strategy game. What you had to do was construct a type of mechanism. You were given certain pieces of equipment like cogs and rubber bands. I remember there being balloons and fans, too. So sorry that this is so vague, but I was only about 9 at the time. The point was to get your mechanism to do something like turn on a light, or something like that.
