Edit:I have Windows 98 but I get no sound in any DOS game

Post problems with getting games installed and running properly here.

What the....I didn't send that post 3 times.....

And yeah, you're right, I have no clue if it's ISA or PCI.

But I do have 2 extra sound cards that are on my computer, but I'm not sure if they work or not. They are Game Compatible Device (emulated) and Voice Modem Wave #00 Line (emulated)

And yes, I get sound out of my speakers, just not in MS-DOS
